Through Ryu’s Lens - French Division 1 (Women) - Lyon vs Montpellier, Plaine de Jeux de Gerland

In his first assignment of 2012, Ryu Voelkel found himself in welcome, yet relatively foreign territory as he shot the women’s football match between Lyon and Montpellier. Lyon played better football than Montpellier, which makes sense given that Lyon is the only club in Ligue 1 with a truly professional women’s team, as opposed to part-time or amateur players.
